Everyone’s life can be fragile and you may never know when the ability to make your own decisions could be taken from you through illness or accident. Having an Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPA) means you can decide ahead of time, who you want to make decisions for you, if you can’t make them for yourself. Without EPAs the Court will decide who will manage your affairs and it may not be who you would have wanted it to be.
It is important for every adult, no matter how old they are, to take steps to put EPAs in place. For more information view the brochure below or give Craig, John Georgia or Kasey call.
