Bring your extensive legal secretarial skills to support one of our Senior Partners in this high-performing law practice and enjoy a variety of work. Experience in legal is essential.This position would suit someone who is ready for a senior role, is extremely well organised in their work and interested in advancing their skills.Key to this position is exceptional communication skills and the ability to take responsibility for managing files and workflow while ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative support:
- Completion of digital dictations, correspondence, documents and invoicing using precedent forms, legal forms and Legal Office Content Management System
- File management
- Electronic document management
- Interpretation of Agreements for Sale & Purchase
- Dealing with relevant Councils, Real Estate Agents, Banks and LINZ
- Liaising with clients and relevant solicitors
Skills and Knowledge
- Efficient and accurate typing
- Excellent computer skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and build positive working relationships with staff, clients and external organisations
- Good time-management skills
- Knowledge of Legal Office, LINZ and Propel advantageous but not essential
- Understanding confidentiality
- Accuracy focused with an exceptional eye for detail

Bring your secretarial / administration skills to support this high-performing law practice and enjoy a variety of work providing secretarial support to the Directors. Experience in legal is preferred however not essential as training will be given to the successful applicant.
Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative support:
- Completion of digital dictations, correspondence, documents and invoicing using precedent forms, legal forms and Legal Office Content Management System
- File management
- Electronic document management
- Maintain emails and calendar
- Answering telephone and receiving clients
Additional Responsibilities: (Training will be given)
- Interpretation of Sale & Purchase Agreements
- Dealing with relevant Councils, Real Estate Agents and LINZ
- Liaising with clients and relevant solicitors on behalf of fee earners
Skills and Knowledge
- Efficient typing speed for dictation
- Strong computer skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
